ZERO time on heads as unit was used with a Firestore- a tape has NEVER been run through it. Not a single mark on it- 100% flawless. All accessories and manuals. Great intro cam for high definition progressive video!

Well it looks like Michael Wisniewski will be the new owner of this A1- payment was sent via Paypal- just waiting for funds to clear.

<Meryem, so sorry I didn't get your e-mail sooner- our first transaction was smooth-(Sony FX1) would have liked to have seen what you would have done with the A1.....if this deal doesn't work out for any reason- you're next in line.>

Thanks to all whom responded- good luck Michael with the A1 & congrats!

Another suggsetion-
Now that you've seperated the stuff out, give it some time here on this board. I'm sure you'll take a substantial loss selling everything to B+H.If you're really in a time crunch, lower your prices(but not as low a what B+H would give you) and that will motivate people mnore quickly.
Good luck

Btw, which nebtek monitor is that?

Patrick Coker
January 4th, 2007, 06:51 AM
I'm not in too much of a rush, I just want to sell it while I'm still committed! lol. the Nebtek is the NEB50xl. a 5" mad for the xl series. it takes the xl series batteries for power.

"But when I DO go the XLH1, I'm probably going to buy the 6x package and port my 16x over with it. Yes, my FU-1000 as well."
Richard,
Did you mean that you'd be keeping your 16x and fu 1000 (when you buy an H1) or getting rid of them at that point?

Hi Everyone:

FOR SALE...........

All of the following equipment was purchased from ALART Video in 2004 and is in EXCELLENT condition and in out-of-th-box new working order with very low hours:

1 - JVC DV5000 with Canon YH16 lens:
52 drum hrs / 82 power hrs
NO dead pixels
Never had to be repaired
No scratches

1 - FOCUS Firestore DRDV5000 HDD mounted on camera (purchased in 2005):
40 GB Storage
Great backup for tape and fast editing

1 - Kata CCC-10 case

1 - Switronix 2 bay NP-1 charger

3 - Switronix NP-1 batteries

1 - Bescor Light Kit:
50 W dimmer
Barndoors
Battery belt

1 - External Power Supply 110VAC - 12.5 VDC to power camera without battery

All equipment has been used only sparingly to film a golf outing, church promo, and a half dozen weddings. Has never been exposed to rain nor extreme temperatures. All in original shipping cartons. A great deal for those shooting commercial work. Captured footage downloads are a breeze since the HDD performs like a firewire external HD.

Originally purchased for HDD drive backup versus tape media since only doing single cameral shoots. Selling due to need for smaller form factor camera as business is primarily all weddings.

Total Cost New = $7,500

ASKING $4,400

Buyer (sorry USA only) pays UPS shipping and insurance.

Feel free to email me at lakepointvideo@aol.com with any questions. Happy to send photos upon request. Serious inquires only please.

Thanks,

Tom

bump

XL2 is higher in the running right now, but DVX100A is second place. I'm also looking to get included some very useful accessories, like the 35mm adapter and a lens, matte box, or tapeless setup.

Will definitely consider one with a bad tape deck since I'll probably go tapeless...

Money in hand.

Still in the box, a set of Tiffen +7 & +10 close-up/.macro filters with 43mm thread. Part of a friends 35mm adapter that he never finished and passed onto to me. Like new, I don't think he took them out of the package! Great for a DIY adapter or macro videography. Price tag still on it, $64.95 retail.
Looking for $40.00 OBO.

Hi all,

Reducing my inventory to pay off my new XLH1.

For sale is a Canon XL2 20x lens. I had it as a spare for my XL2 and used it on my XL1s. Found a speck of dust in the inside of the rear element, so sent it to Canon. Just got it back yesterday all cleaned, adjusted to specs and fully checked out by Canon. I will include the receipt from Canon Factory Service.

If you need or want a lens for your XL1, XL1s, or XL2 this is it. 20x has two ND stops rather than one on the 16X. So, if you need a lens or want to upgrade it is a good deal.

It will go to ebay on Sunday, if no one here is interested.

$875.00 shipped to your door in the 48 states.

Thanks-----Mike

I am in need of a camera that will read analogue Hi-8 tapes that also has firewire. Back in the day, I shot a lot of stuff on Hi-8. Both of my Hi-8 cameras have since gone the way of the Dodo and I need to get the footage off and transfer it to digital.

I used to have a Sony TRV that would record in digital 8, but still read analogue Hi-8 and output either to firewire. I need something like that again.

I only need the camera to do the transfer, so it doesn't have to be in stellar condition -- it doesn't even need to be capable of recording.

Anybody got anything they're looking to dump-off cheap?
Thanks,

Vence

Selling some of my high-end audio gear:

[#1]
Sennheiser MKH-416 (P48) Super-Cardioid Short Shotgun Condenser Interference Tube Microphone. This is the normal phantom-powered MIC, not the wacky 12V (MKH416T) version that could harm your camera.
Arguably, this is one of the best mics made... and is the choice of many pros.

I used it on an XL2 and with the lens support, it can support just about any lens. I had a LetusXL and a pretty beefy 135mm at the end of that and it was very stable. IMHO the rods alone are not enough, you really need the lens support.

I still have the setup if interested.

I can include the Canon XL2 (with all original accessories and box, manuals, etc..) for a total price of $8000 USD. Only the Canon body has use on it, the rest of the items including 20x florite lens has ZERO hours on them.

Also offering a 30 day warranty and guarantee against DOA.

Please inquire within and serious inquiries only.

This is a sweet setup, please see stills on my site. www.starcentral.ca

boy o boy... OK. sorry about all of these posts. My buyer for the software backed out of the purchase. So, now I have the FCP Studio again.

It's 5.0 and I checked with Apple. You can transfer the serial number to you (the new owner) with no issues and purchase the upgrade to 5.1 as well.

Selling FCP Studio for $700 Plus Shipping (probably like $15 or so for shipping).

Mac is still 2k obo.

I have an glidecam bodypod system that isnt needed as I have a magiqcam vest and arm. Looks brand new. Asking $85US plus shipping, which is hald price if you were to buy from BH new.

Decided to sell my like-new and mint condition Sony HDR-HC1 since it just isn't being used. (Need $$ for my Canon SLR addiction!). Unit is only 9 months old purchased new in April 06, and has only had 3+ tapes run through it. Absolutely no marks or scratches anywhere. Also purchased a 3-year extended warranty from Sony which is fully transferrable so the camera is covered through April 2009!

Sale includes the following:

1x Sony HDR-HC1 camera with all original accessories, packaging, etc.
1x Sony 3-Year extended warranty
1x Sony A1U hood
3x Sony NP-FM50 batteries (2x spare + 1x that came with camera)
10x Sony DVM63HD tapes, unopened, all new in packaging (2x cases)

for $1500 USD

Will accept Paypal, money order or transfer. Checks will also be accepted but must clear first. Email for references - I have sold here at DV Info once before if archives are available (sold my Sony DSR-PDX10).

Will ship via FedEx to US or Canada only. Shipping and insurance is extra.

Serious firm replies only please!
