FS: Rolls MX422 mixer for sale. 4-channels, phantom power, two separate battery compartments so you never run out of juice at an inopportune time, quiet for a mixer this price (was actually recommended to me over the more well-known PSC DV Promix 3 by Dave Fisk at Coffee Sound when I bought it awhile back; he was very surprised by the performance at its price), can be wall powered with included AC adapter, comes with its own field case and strap, low cut filters and limiter.

All in all, it's a very good, basic field mixer that's very user friendly and easy to use for those not looking to break the bank. Mine is in excellent, like new condition, as I recently had the trim pots replaced by Rolls (they broke while moving apparently, or being dropped, or me taking it apart I don't know know when or how exactly) and recalibrated.

Anyway, the bottom-line is that it's now good to go, and I just tested everything out and it's all working great.

Comes with the original manual and wall power adapter and field case.

Price: $250 shipped.

Shipping via UPS Ground included in the price. Already packed it up and its ready to go.

Clearing out a few things to make room for other stuff! Since moving to HD I don't use these anymore.

For sale is a Nikon lens to Canon XL lens adapter. Mounts most all Nikon 35mm lenses to the Canon XL1, XL1s, XL2 etc. Aluminum and Stainless steel construction. Results in a 7.2 to 1 magnification of the image. In other words, if you have a 100mm lens and use the adapter on your Canon Video camera, you will effectively have a 720mm lens. Very neat for wildlife videos!

$185.00 plus shipping.

Also for sale is an inexpensive zoom lens from Kenko in Japan. It is a Vari 8000S, 420mm f8.3 to 800mm zoom lens with a T-mount. In addition to the lens, there is a T-mount to Nikon adapter so you can mount it on your Nikon camera or the adapter above. Also included is a doubling attachment. So on a Nikon camera you can have a 820mm to 1600mm lens! Use this with the Nikon to Canon adapter above and you have an incredible 6048mm to 11520mm zoom lens for your Canon Video Camera. You do need light and a very steady tripod, but the pictures are incredible. At about 200 yards you can zoom into about the size of a dollar bill! Want to see what your neighbor on the next block is doing, this is the way.

See these links for current price of lens and T-mount to Nikon adapter. I could not find any link for the doubler.

http://www.adorama.com/KN420800.html?sid=1197484588484821

http://www.adorama.com/LNTMNK.html

For the lens, Nikon adapter and the doubler I'm asking $225.00 plus shipping.

Last item is the Canon XL 1.6 extender. It is absolutely perfect and in the original box, case and all. Sells at B&H for $360.00. See the link for picture and price. Multiplies your stock Canon XL series lens by 1.6, so, for example, your XL2 20x lens becomes a 32x lens and you have focus, zoom and all.

Sell it for $250.00 plus shipping.

http://www.bhphotovideo.com/c/product/146133-REG/Canon_3163A002_1_6x_Extender.html

Still plenty of time to ship before Christmas so don't wait! I take PayPal and I'll eat the fees.

I'd post a picture of the adapter, but it says I can't post attachments right now. I guess Chris has cut me off for some reason. Maybe I've been a bad boy again and don't know it! :)

Merry Christmas to all and to all a good night!

Hello,

I am selling my last SD camera as I get ready to move to HD. I purchased this VX2100 as a demo model from B&H at the end of June. It served as a balcony camera for 5 weddings. Total hours on this camera are no more than 10 total hours.

I also purchased a 4 year Mack extended warranty that is transferable. I will pay the $20 transfer fee and take care of the paperwork.

I have had five PD/VX cameras over the past few years and haven't kept all the accessories straight. What you see in the photos is what is included in this sale. One VX2100 with lens hood, AV cables, stock battery, 4 year warranty.

This camera is in mint, like-new condition. The VX2100 is selling for $2249 at B&H now. I am asking $1650 plus $45 shipping via USPS Priority Mail. I will sell to lower 48 US states only. Payment by PayPal only.

Please e-mail with any questions. You can also check my feedback on eBay as user nddirector.

Hi Jad,
I know it's a hassle, but I suspect you'll do better/faster breaking up these items. Nice boutique audio... I definitely have shotgun envy, but not sure I can spring for the 416 right now.

I hope you will still be in our camp though, Jad. That's a JVC GY-HD200 you want - not a Panasonic hd200 - right? :^)

suspect so, since I don't see the DR-HD100 firestore on the block!

One of the main things that a deck will do a lot better than a camera is shuttle (fast forward/rewind) at a reasonable speed--cameras have really slow tape transport. If that is something you might need to deal with a lot (finding sections on a tape), it is indeed worth getting a deck if you can afford it.

I have a DSR 30 (full rack size) and DSR-20 (half rack) and MIGHT be convinced into letting go of one of them if the price were right...

Hello Folks,

I just wanted to add while looking at other equipment Vence was selling, I ran across his listing for his bogen 516 Fluid Head and Bogen 515MVB.

http://www.creativejuicesvideo.com/Main/Gear_for_Sale.html

I purchased it and just got it! What a guy, great person to purchase from, looks almost brand new and got it right away...

Two thumbs up!

I have to go now, I am going to go play with my new tripod! :-)

Yes, I think you're right about splitting up. I was just taking a shot in the dark to see if someone was looking for this exact rig.

The 416 is nice, but I'm actually thinking about getting something else, maybe a Sanken. The 416 runs a little hot in some environments and when I have to leave it on auto, voices fall into the crowd. The off-axis rejection is quite amazing though, the mic hears better than I do!

HD200 by JVC of course and I will jump on their 1/2 or 2/3 whenever it comes.

I'm selling my DSR-PD170, it's only 1 year old, i've taken great care of it, only ever used sony tapes, it comes with 2 batteries(one 200min and one 480min), shotgun mic, a wide angle lens, telephoto lens, 2 lens hoods(regular and wide), the battery charger, 2 Filters(UV, Red), a Letus 35mm Adapter with Nikon bayonette(if you dont know what a letus 35mm is, go look it up, trust me you want it!), plus the hard shell case. and i still have the instruction book.
hours:
operation 12x10
drum 8x10
tape 4x10
threading 6x10

Reason for selling: I recently went back to school and I could use the money to pay for film stock for school projects.
It's a great camera and it deserves to be used.
the 35mm adapter alone was 350$USD and i'm tossing it in with everything else all for 2800 but if you just want the camera we'll talk.
Also, if you're outside of driving distance(Montreal + quebec) then you also pay the shipping.

It's still the best cam for lowlight!! anyone doing events or documentaries would(and does!) love this camera!
