Please ignore the other post that says a higher price--I can't find a way to edit the subject line and am thus re-posting this.

$140 + shipping/paypal.

Used only once--never got back to it. Excellent condition, of course.

Located just south of San Francisco.

Getting rid of some gear at the end of the season that isn't being used enough.

Firestore FS-4 Pro HD - 60gb model, in brand new condition. I have 2 high cap batteries, one regular battery, camera mount kit and the high cap battery cradle. This records HD or SD in many different formats. Total was about $1700 new- looking for $1100 for everything. Shipping included to Canada or US.

Sennheiser ME66/K6 shotgun. Selling since it never gets used. Come with some fairly standard shock mount (I belive it is an azden). Looking for $300.

I also have Final Cut Studio 1 academic. To comply with forum rules, I do believe I can only sell this to somebody who now is eligible to buy academic products. I t has never been registered and I have upgraded to the new version. $300 shipped in Canada or the US.

Also, if you want the same system but cheaper, I'll give you another option.

I have another C-frequency transmitter and receiver. These units came from B-stock however, and were factory refurbished. In terms of actual performance, there is NO difference between these and the almost new set.

HOWEVER, the one catch is that the receiver's LCD read out is blurred out in the middle. The affect of this is that say you're looking through the banks, thinking of which numbered bank to select; 3 will read...well, just imagine the top half of the number 3 being blurred out.

This is a minor annoyance for me and it's always been this way, and it's only on the receiver. However, anyone with half a brain can still figure out which bank they're on. The display when you're done selecting your settings is also not a hinderance to the usability of the system. Like I said, it's just a little annoying. It is what it is.

I'm willing to substitute the B-stock receiver/transmitter combo with the virtually brand new butt plug transmitter, and then wala you have the same functional "kit" in the c-range...but for less.

I'll sell this setup for $350 shipped.

Hey everyone,

First sorry if this is in the wrong section of the forum…

However, as much as it frustrates me I must sell my Xh-a1. I don’t have the time I thought I would have right now in my life to have something this valuable and not be able to use it as much as I would like to. So with that said here is what I have for sale.
For Sale:
Everything I have is in MINT condition. It is perfect and I will provided pictures to show if a buyer is serious. And please only ask if you are serious.
Canon XH-A1 Seriously as brand new as you get used. I have had it out of the box and shot only 5 hours of video.
4 year extended warranty by Mack Camera. IT does transfer to new buyer
Libec Fluidhead Tripod with quick release plate
Tiffen protective filter.
Soft DV mattebox
Step ring for soft mattebox.
AT897 shotgun microphone
Right angle xlr cord for mic
Lightwave mini mount for shotgun mic.
Glidecam 2000 pro with arm brace
Spiderbrace shoulder mount
Includes original box and paperwork and accessories included that come with the xha1. BOUGHT FROM B&H PHOTO
NTSC version.

If you do the math this is a very good deal.
Im asking 3,590 for everything listed above.

These are the restrictions on the sale.

1. Must be sold within the United States.
2. Transaction must be maid through a reputable service such as Paypal. Sorry too much fraud going on these days with certified checks and such.
3. Shipping will only ship insured and details will be worked out with buyer.
Thanks

Trent

I received the tripod today and it really is in EXCELLENT condition.
I´m very happy to recommend buying from Laszlo. The tripod was well packed and everything went smooth. It took some days to get here, but that was due to Norwegian customs and their doings.
Thanks for a great tripod, saved me from having to buy a new Manfrotto. The Sachtler head is just soo much better

In looking at adapters, I think a Beachtek is probably what I will need because I want the ability to automatically limit the ceiling to avoid clipping (people tend to yell and cheer and clap at weddings so that is a very dynamic environment).

M only other issue is finding a wireless lavaliere system that outputs XLR (for less than $300) or finding a 1/8" female to XLR for a possible wireless system currently in the classifieds.

Payment Sent.

I have a JVC BR-DV3000U deck for sale. It is essentially brand new. I received the deck as part of a trade for some simple editing work. I have used it occasionally with absolutely no problems. Pictures will be sent on request (I will try and post a link to pictures when I get back to my office). A quick Ebay search revealed that these decks are going at prices between $700-850. I will take $700 for this deck. I have sold several items on this forum and I have a 100% feedback rating on Ebay (teterhorn). Thanks for the interest.

Ebay, once in a blue moon. I had one I sold a while ago, and there were several on EBay around that time, but they don't come up often. Which size threading do you need? If you don't EBay, PM me, and I could keep an eye out for you.

That's right, I'm looking to sell my Kata Rain Cover (used a total of 1 time) that fits over the Canon XL1s (and I would assume the XL1, and XL2). If you are the lucky buyer, I'll throw in Canon XL1s (that's the model, it's not plural of XL1). This camera is great! This camera is in excellent condition, and has never been used as a deck (of course).

Also included in this is the rolling hardcase, UV filter, remote, and 8 hour battery + battery charger.

I'm selling the rain cover for a low low price of only $1600 (plus shipping)! Wow!!

Seriously though, I'm selling my XL1s with all of those acces. to make room in my bank account for the xha1. It comes stock, no manuel. I used it for 3 weddings thinking I would do more, but they turned out to be more trouble than they were worth. This was my primary camera in the weddings, and I put about 30 hours on it through them + 5 hours misc. projects.

I see I can't post attachments (ideas why?), so if you e-mail me, I can send pictures. Also, I'll deliver within 50 miles of Memphis, TN.

Keith,

What's your budget? Have you checked ebay - look for some lowel products, specifically the Omni or DP. Omni is 500watts max and the DP is 1k. You can get barn doors for them, scrims.. not bad lights. I own some and use them along with my ARRI's and Softboxes.

Figure out if you really need fresnels, they are very expensive but great for throwing light far.. I like them for wide master shots for that purpose.

Dennis Hingsberg
November 9th, 2007, 07:46 AM
Keith I just took a look, there is a DP light with 1k bulb going for around $150, and a few omni lights up for sale. There's a whack of tota lights too which I've only ever used with an umbrella for fill to bring levels up in a room.

Lastly there is one auction with 2 lowel pro lights - these are a GREAT substitute for ARRI 150w which are like $300 each normally. The good thing with lowel pro is they go up to 200w I think..

Do not buy anything without barn doors - you might as well buy construction lights from home depot (yet another reasonable option if you want CHEAP and can build your own bard doors out of aluminum painted black if desired)

Hope this helps, let me know if you have any lighting related questions.

I'm looking for a 52mm thread Dave. I just found out that Optex went out of
business a few years ago. Apparently, many thought that the quality was better that Century Optics so I'm trying to find out for myself. I would appreciate it if you can let me know if you find one. Thanks!
