Anyone know who rents HD101Es in Melbourne Australia?
I was waiting on Video Australiasia to get some in but they just told me they arn't getting them in anymore and are going with HVX200s instead. The problem is I can't edit DVCProHD and the P2 workflow won't work well for my needs, and I don't want to shoot and edit in 1080i and only get 720p resolution if I can avoid it (ie the Z1), but it is looking like this will be my only choice until JVC fix the problems in the HD101 as perhaps a HD202E when I can happily pay that type of money on a new camera for myself that will work reliably for my needs (ie if someone wants HD I will explain the issue to them of shooting in HD and if they are happy to accept these differences then I will happliy rent a camera but I'm not commiting so much right now).
