They shipped their 4k film scanner...now back working on the camera. I think they're trying to stay a little quiet since they caught some flak for talking a lot about their camera but not shipping it.

I hope it's great. And I hope RED's great too. Same with lots of other cameras.

From what I can infer from reading CML the Kinetta is vaporware. It's been just around the corner for about two years now. It's supposed to be sensor agnostic, yet they are plagued by waiting for certain sensors to be delivered (doesn't sound all that sensor agnostic to me). The rationale is always "Hey, we're waiting for X sensor to be available in quantity, but don't worry, in the meantime we're upgrading the camera and making features better." I would wager money that we'll see RED before Kinetta.
