During the summer, I some how came across this wonderful site, when searching for information on homemade mini35 adapters. After reading for innumerable hours, I decided I would try to build an adapter with the same concept as the Agus35. Well it has been awhile since my adapter has been completed, and I would like to share my results with all of you, and hopefully get some input. If anyone is wondering, I used a Canon GL1.

There's something oddly soft about your focused images. I think your GG distance may be off. Move it around and see where you get.

I know exactly what you mean, I've been trying to figure out why it seems that way. When I look at the image projected on the GG, it looks as sharp as it can possibly get.

It might be your camcorder is zoomed into the image too far, which would explain that is looks fine with the naked eye. Also, a tip from Bob Hart a long time ago, when looking at the GG and adjusting for FL, use a magnifier so you can really see if it is in focus.

I took your advice, and looked at the GG with a magnifying glass, and once again it looked in focus. I then tried to zoom out further, but I got much of the same. Any ideas?
