Hello all, I'm new to these forums and just wanted to extend a warm gretting!

My main areas of interest are in post-production. I've had plenty of experience using AE and Premier as well as Ulead Video Studio. Currently I am learning how to use 3d Studio Max for some CGI effects and would eventually like to upgrade to Maya.

As of now I am shooting with an analog Sony Hi8mm cam, but have basically worn that out with my 5+ years of use. I am looking to get a Canon GL2...but with all these new cams coming out I'm not sure if thats still the best choice.

But anyway! Hoping to contribute and learn alot on these forums!
