So sad to hear of his passing yesterday. He was a talented actor and a good man.
I was privileged to get to work with him when I came onboard halfway thourgh the first season of "West Wing", he made an effort to make me feel at home. He was trying to quit smoking by chewing on teatree-oil dipped toothpicks and would walk around offering them to people with this great little flourish; for some reason I never forgot that.
My thoughts are with his family.
