Hello,

I often have to request credit card payments from customers. I've been using 2Checkout.com for a long time and everything has been fine, but recently they have increased their security features so much that 90% of the people are simply unable to process their cards, although they say that they use their cards every day without problems. For example, a few days ago I invoiced 5 people and only one was able to successfully complete the transaction.

Could you please tell me what are your suggestions and maybe you can tell me some other good CC-processing companies that have as cheap fees, work worldwide and are user-friendly?

Thanks!

Hi,
How about PayPal? I have been using them frequently and it seems to be fine. And best of all, they let you design a customized "sale" page.

I use PayPal also. I'm not sure if they offer the same protections in Europe/Estonia.

Clients do feel more comfortable using PayPal since they don't have to give you a credit card number and they also have the option of using their bank account.

We third the PayPal. The fee is a little higher, but no monthly fee, no materials. Since we only put a product up once a quarter, it has been the best solution. So, we refer anyone who wants to pay by credit card to visit the website. We may lose some impulse buys, but we do get folks that want the video.

Thanks for replying.

I cannot use PayPal yet in Estonia for money receiving and payment processing, because they haven't implemented it yet in this country. I can pay via PayPal without a problem, simply cannot sell.
