Hi. I still can't log onto the magix forum for this programme so I'm hoping that someone on this forum can help me again. Although I have succesfully placed an Arrow on a video, I find that I cannot repeat it. I can download the arrow on to the timeline ok but a panel appears behind it with the text "USER FOOTAGE" and I can't remove the unwanted panel from the arrow as the arrow plus the panel appears over the picture of the building I am trying to place the arrow on. In another instance I used a different arrow and this time a picture of a movie clip of a beach scene appears with the arrow and again I can't seperate the bach scene from the arrow. Also I cannot extend the arrow on the time line as any downloaded arrow appears very short in Duration. Haveing said all this, sometimes, not very often, tthe arrow appears normal without an unwanted background. Anyone got any ideas what is wrong, eithjef with the programme or me? Any help gratefully received.

Thanks Jorma for your message. But the response is the same. Every time I fill in the details to register I get the message to say "there is an internal server error try again". So i will never be able to register.

Hi Roy,
I can't understand why you can't register on the Magix forum, so I just tried to register again under a different name.
I had no problem at all, so you must be doing something wrong. If you go to this page https://www.magix.info/us/news-forum/ you just need to click on the 'Sign In' tab and fill in the details asked. It worked immediately for me.

Hi Roger. thanks for your reply and I hope that you and yours are safe from virus. I am happy to say that I have sussed out all my problems with the arrow and transitions etc. It took a lot of experimenting but I have finally got there. I am also happy to say that I have now managed to log onto the Magix forum. I decided to take a chance by assuming that had already registered and asked for a new password That worked and when I used the panel for registered persons and entered my new pass word everything worked. The problem all along has been that magix did not say I had entered the wrong password. instead they said there was an internal server error. If they had said about the password being wrong I would have said straight away that I had forgotton my password and I would have got a new one. Anyway thanks for your interest and help. Take care. Roy. Actually there is a couple of things you can help me with regarding posting a question on the magix forum. When making a new post I am asked to name a category and that's no problem. However after that I asked "YOUR TOPIC 70 max characters"- what am I to put there-Do I asked the question there? the next panel says "YOUR DESCRIPTION. Description of what? If you can help to explain this I will be most grateful. cheers.

Hi Roy,
I'm keeping healthy at the moment and hope you are staying safe.
If you are creating a new post on the Magix forum, then the topic is the subject of your post, for instance 'TROUBLE ADDING TRANSITIONS'. then the description would be giving a brief over view of the problem, then into your full post.
You will find that it will be helpful when asking for help, to add a full description of your PC and the version of your Magix programme and Windows version.
Hope that helps,
Roger
