It is time for the 54th Under Water, Over Land, video challenge.

It doesn't matter if you have never touched a camera, or are a seasoned professional. UWOL is for everyone! It is a great way to improve your skills, and make connections with others who share the passion and interest for the outdoors.

Theme release:
Monday, December 30, 2019. - Notice early start due to the holidays!

Deadline:
Sunday, February 2, 2020 - midnight wherever you are (two days extended to give you an extra weekend)


Notice that the sign up will be closed prior to theme release.
Don't be afraid to ask, if you have any questions.

Notice that you don't have to submit an entry, to be allowed to provide feedback and/or vote for best film.
Sadly it has been a trend lately, that only those who submitted an entry, voted and/or commented. I hope to see a change here.
Even a short "I like your film," or a "didn't like it because....." can mean a lot to the film makers.

Me too. Hopefully this time I can get an entry completed and submitted. :-)

I'm signing up my stepdaughter Irmelinn.
She and my nieces have made all the themes for the 2019-challenges, but now she wants to step up and make her own (and first) uwol film. So I'm back to make the theme, at least for the 54'challenge.

She also encourages other kids to participate.

I have hope for 2020.

This may sound a bit strange but I will sign up as a just in case! As I am very busy in January and expect I will only be able to enter a non voting entry. Once the theme is announced it will give me a chance to see what I can produce with existing stock footage as I may not be able to get out filming much.
