More work about to be performed under the hood (or bonnet for you Commonwealth folks).

Which means the forum will be offline for about an hour on Tuesday 23 July (tomorrow!) appx. 1630 GMT, which equates to 9:30am PDT / 11:30am CDT / 12:30pm EDT for our US residents.

We'll see you on the other side,

What sort of upgrades are you doing? Do tell us more.

Andrew

Nothing special, really... but part of tomorrow involves getting my SSL certs renewed, finally.

The rest of the behind-the-scenes stuff is just to set the stage for future improvements.

Nothing to see here...

We're back. The most noticeable change for our readers will be the switch from http:// to https:// (SSL certification).

Firefox regards the site connection as being secure, but you aren't getting the 'padlock of confidence' from Chrome and Brave browsers (they only regard it as being "not fully secure").

You're welcome. :-)

Good to know, Andrew, I'll work on that.

Much appreciated,

Same for me Chris, the site shows a https URL, but no padlock and I can't view the certificate with Safari on my Mac either.

Palemoon shows it as secure.

I believe I have corrected the issue... the forum URL should now show a padlock in Chrome.

The padlock now shows up in Safari too.
