customer sent me a link of a program he was on./needs it converted to an mp4. usually i can do this in my youtube downloader, which i can put any link in and it will convert.
this one wont, and ive tried different ones out there.
any suggestions>?
btw he cannot get a copy of the program, this is all he has.

This isn’t really enough information to provide any help.

“Link of a program”? Does the video work? Can you download it? Can you right-click on it, and select “save file”, or “save target”? What is the file extension of the video? Is it on youtube? Some other site?

Confused as to why this is in the Sony 4k forum, is it a 4k clip? What operating system are you using? What download software have you tried? On the Mac, I have had good luck with a free program called ClipGrab: https://clipgrab.org
