I hope this is the right place for this post!

I am planning to upgrade my editing computer in my studio. I currently produce a multicamera show using a tricaster and recording MP4 video. I record edit process and export about 75 minutes of video per day.

The video is exported after editing mostly in MP4 formats of varying quality, plus one long MXF file.

My current hardware setup, about 5 years old, is:

--Intel Core i7 4790 (3.60 GHz)
--16 GB DDR3
--1 TB HDD
--Windows 7 Home Premium 64-Bit
--NVIDIA GeForce GTX 770 2GB
--Editing on Adobe Premiere CC

My primary goal with the upgrade is to reduce export time on a day to day basis. I am not looking to build a PC, for time efficiency I want to buy a prebuilt system. I am open to all brands and configurations but am primarily looking for advice on:

--What will reduce export time and what won't, ie SSD, processor, video card, RAM, etc.
--Opinions about whether to make the jump to Windows 10 or not
--Ideas for specific systems that will be "good enough" to give me a performance increase without spending more than I need to. I do not need the TOP system but am willing to spend what makes sense to get good performance for several years to come.

Am I missing anything here? Would love suggestions...

Are you editing with Adobe Premiere CC, or an earlier version?

My personal solution to the hardware problem is a Dell 7910 (now the 7920) workstation with a single Xeon CPU (you can select among several models)
Win 10 Pro 64
32 GB RAM
4 SSD:
500 GB System Drive- Adobe CC software goes here
1 TB x 2 as a 2 TB RAID 0- all media files go here
500 GB- project files, renders, misc
Nvidia Quadro M4000 GPU

This system works very smoothly with the latest versions of CC.
Rendering is fast, and I see that all 12 cores are running at 100% during rendering.
I take that to indicate that there are no bottlenecks in the system.
I purchased the system from Dell with only a system drive and the least expensive graphics option.
I then added the additional SSD drives and the Nvidia graphics card

Out of interest, what system did you eventually decide to purchase?

You might look into Puget Systems. They build custom machines and have configurations tailored for specific applications. Mine is configured for 4K video editing with Premiere Pro. I used to build my own, but I can't build one as well put together as this machine.

I studied Puget Systems site: picked the components myself. Hubby put it all together and works like a charm. 4K realtime (Canon XF-AVC codec). Now all Premiere has to do is get more stable....
