Can I wifi my GH4 to my Macbookpro for live video?

Not without an encoder like a Teradek Cube.

There are HDMI / USB games capture encoders that are a lot cheaper. I have Elgato HD and Avermedia. Which works fine for me.

Those aren't wireless though.

Well, looks like I am going to buy the Vidi U Pro. I will also be upgrading my Verizon account to the Unlimited Everything plan including a dedicated hotspot device. That should make things work well enough. Stay tuned!
