Hello,
I'm planning to use PXW-Z150 (http://pro.sony.com/bbsc/ssr/micro-xdcam/resource.latest.bbsccms-assets-micro-xdcam-latest-PXWZ150.shtml) for live event, I would transfer output with sdi over fiber extender (http://questtel.com/item.php?id=4&product=13), but here is a thing - audio comes as ancillary data, how can I separate it to analog audio?
Thank you!

Welcome to the board.
Which end of the chain do you need the analog audio? I'm assuming at the destination away from the camera, but in either case wouldn't a convertor with pass-through SDI and analog audio extraction work? It adds another box to your fiber setup, but it should still work without adding too much cost.
Something like a Blackmagic Design Mini Converter SDI to Analog model CONVMASA for about $185 street price.

The AJA Hi5 is more money at $299 but would also extract analog audio and give you HDMI video output instead of the analog video output of that Blackmagic box listed above.
Both devices can pass through your SDI signal for additional connections downstream.
AJA also has the Hi5-Fiber version for $625 which could receive a fiber signal and output HDMI and analog audio, but it doesn't pass through or output SDI if that's what you need on the far end.

How is audio acquisition happening in the first place? Is it just going to camera or are you going to have a separate audio recorder?

The QuestTel L-1SDI-FE-TX/RX that you linked to has no audio inputs or outputs of any kind. The only audio that it handles is whatever is embedded into the digital video signal.
If you want to extract audio from an HD-SDI digital video stream (regardless of the fiber link), then you can use a gadget like the Blackmagic unit suggested by @Jay Massengill
