The very first UWOL Challenge was in January 2007, and now 10 years later, we have reached nr 41.

Doesn't matter if you are a professional or never have touched a camera before. UWOL is open for everyone.

Signing up in hopes that this typical winter inversion blows out of the valley and it won't be so cold. But even if it sticks around, the challenge will give me incentive for heading to the mountains in search of sunshine, and maybe something worth shooting for an entry.

What time zone is the UWOL in? I have a bad cold so not drinking or partying tonight. But keen to know the competition's theme. Just wondering if I should stay up. I'm in GMT time zone.

My computer is out for repairs but I am going to make every effort to participate.

What time zone is the UWOL in?.
I'm in the UTC+1 (central European), but I try to wait until the last time zone has changed into the "release date" before I close the signup an release the theme.
So if anyone still hasn't signed up, you have about 10 hours or so until theme release.

6.27ish in the morning. Can't sleep due to cold and the first thing my brain thinks of, is competition theme. Leaving the sign up till every time zone has change over to 2017 is a good idea and very fair.

My subconscious must be keen to get started.
