Hello All, we have a Panasonic AG-HMC80 shoulder mount HD camcorder with 1100 hrs. on it that needs a good checkup and cleaning. The zoom motor is starting to stick at the worst times after sitting in one position for even a few minutes. It's been a faithful cam we use for our church and has never failed us. I'd like to get a little more time out of it before having to purchase a replacement.

Can anyone recommend a shop you've had good luck with that could give this a good checkup and cleaning? I'm on the US right coast in NC but will ship it cross country, if needed.

If this HMC80 is out of warranty, the customer should send his camcorder to our service center in Harrison, NJ. Our service manager will supply him with an estimate before doing any work.
