I've just bought a Sony AX 53, just wondering, is there somewhere in the camera where I can adjust a few colour settings, the way I can with my TM 900 and X900.
Thanks,

No, nothing to adjust on Sony consumer camcorders any more in regards to picture settings. It´s loooong ago that this was possible! You only have the choice of using a "cinemacolor mode" which is useless in my eyes.

Everything you want to change has to be done in post.

No, Ekverything you want to change has to be done in post.

Thank you Roland, that's a pity, I prefer to get it as near on the day, post it is then :)
No matter how I do, I can never see an image in these flip out screens in daylight :)

Thank you again Roland.

...but I find the AX53´s screen pretty good, maybe also use the "bright" setting.

I´m also using a customizeable X70 but I find the default setting of the AX53 pretty good, only the shadows are a bit dark.
Sharpening is not to strong (like AX100) and colors are also "fine", not to colourful.

Thanks for the tip Roland and yes, I noticed it's not to colourful as well.

Thank you.
