I was invited by JVC China to check out a screening of some rushes shot 25P on the GY-HD101 of a new independent feature film with some name actors here in China. They shot on the stock lens at various apertures. The footage looked really smooth.

Pros:
Tonality: waaay better midtones than similarly-priced cameras.
Res: waaaay sharper focus and "cleaner" than similarly-priced cameras.
Motion: zero artifacting even on incredibly complex backgrounds (rock faces, trees with billions of leaves, etc) - this was footage that had been recorded to tape in-camera and edited on FCP.

Cons:
Color-shifting: a bit of green and magenta halo around bright objects and in high-contrast transitions, but acceptable. Even blown up on the big screen, you'd have to be a pro to notice.
The brightest areas tended to lose color, so every overexposed area read as white.
