Are these Sony M cards fast enough to shoot all frame rates?

The Lexar writes at 400 Mb/s while the Sony chokes beyond 150 Mb/s. For the extra 6 bucks, I'd get the Lexars.

The big plus on the Sony side though is that they can retrieve corrupted data- but will these cards deliver at high frame rates?

The M series are fast enough. I using Lexar x1333 64 GB no problem with 4K 60P
The Sony G series Have also droped in price $169.00
