i'm having issues with playing back files at the 7Q+. At least halve of the times when I want to play recorded files, the frame is not sync horizontally and somtimes even vertically (even same time). So you see p.e. 1/3 frame on the right and 2/3rd (of the right part) left next to it. To get it right I have to jump in and out the playbackscreen several times. The cuttingpoint differs.
Is this a known issue and when can it be corrected?

Is this with 4k Prores ?

I have always had issues with glitchy 4k playback. I've just learned to accept it and work around.

It always freaks out Directors a little because they think something has gone wrong but as you say jump in and out of playback corrects it.

I don't have the same issue in 4k>HD playback.

I have it both on uhd and normal hd pr422hq. Cam r fs5, A7s, F3.

This is found by pressing the Gear Button (the one in the upper left hand corner,
then press Odyssey,
