Hi, wanted to put this in a general area.

I'm in need of recommendations for a service centre for a Sony Z7. I'm based in Darlington, so somewhere in the area would be great.

I need the internal battery changing.

That's actually something you could do yourself. If the Z7 is anything at all like the PD150/170 simply remove the top cover of the top handle....very small screws don't lose them. The battery should be right there. pop it out, replace it and put the handle back on with the very small screws you didn't lose.
I used and eyeglass screwdriver on the screws.
I don't remember where the east coast repair is I'm not even sure they have one there anymore. After about 2005 I stopped sending my Sony cams to them as I had a guy here in my area that was an authorized repair and pretty close to my house so I just went there. Since I'm retired now I don't even know if he's still in business anymore.
