Will the x70 output 4k via sdi or hdmi while simultaneously recording internally on a card? And/or will it output 2k while recording 4k internally?

SDI output is limited to 1080p And/or will it output 2k while recording 4k internally? I presume that you mean streaming. The answer is no.
