Very nice day out while our roof was being re-done. Captured the entire job (8 hours). Thankfully only around 68 degrees Fahrenheit so camera didn't get hot at all.

XAVC-L 50 Mbps, 59.94p at 1 fps. f/3.4, 6 stops of ND (ND3) and 0 dB gain.

Original footage just about 8 minutes. But I sped that up by 4x (each second now represents 4 minutes).

Very minimal exposure grading from default PP4 settings. Placed the cam in an area where sun would never be in frame, so exposure was pretty constant throughout.

Sweet! I hadn't really thought about using the X70 for timelapse, but for capturing something like this -- more than a normal card's worth -- it really looks like a cool option.

Thank you, Atticus! It was a fun project.

On a side note, while nothing bad happened at all, I was a bit nervous about being unlucky with birds flying overhead :) So if I ever do something like this again, I'd want to ensure the cam would be more protected.

One small thing to consider: there are several instances where there is little-to-none activity in the frame,
you could cut-out the inactivity, and cross-dissolve between the cut.
This also might let you choose say a 3x speed-up
