On top of learning how to fly these, operators have to avoid being over crowds of people.
The parade spectator could easily have had a lawyer neighbor and the result might have been a "permanent injury" with a multi-million $$$ settlement.

The 'victim' was a cameraman and Red owner; he posted the incident on the Red User forum. He had been approached by a number of lawyers after the incident but declined.
