Has anyone else received this message from Getty Images?

The url they posted as the referring site was my wedding videography page. Has anyone else had a similar offer and/or considered this? Strange that wedding videography would appeal to them, but perhaps they can see I do other productions as well?

What experiences if any have you had with this?

yep. uploading my first video as we speak. im big into pond5, but definitely interested to see if getty can get better sales. keep in mind you have to give getty exclusivity for any particular clip

If they are paying for video what they are paying for photography you are unlikely to see anything worth your time, besides robbing you on commissions. IIRC they were getting 60% or more.

Well Jim, for those of us who don't have any outlets other than stock sites to sell various bits we have, its as simple as getting 60% of something, vs 100% of nothing.
