I bought a lumix gh3 from outside the box writes NTSC OUTPUT ONLY I did not notice it.

You are correct. That is the NTSC version, not PAL.

I have not put the battery to see if it has and operation PAL

But it does say "NTSC Output Only" on the box, so that's a pretty good sign.

So to come back are you sure you have not PAL in the option menu?

The GH4 is NTSC/PAL switchable. The GH3 is not. You purchase either an NTSC version (like you did) or a PAL version.
