They are nice quads. My daughter has a Hubsan x4h107L. L meaning LED lights instead of C for camera. They are fun nimble quads that are great for flying around indoors. Jim Martin March 23rd, 2015, 02:59 PM Yea, the Hubsan X4 is a great quad to use if you want to practice flying in an inexpensive way ($45 vs $500 and up for a Phantom).....I've got two of them.. Jim Martin EVSonline.com Tim Paynter March 23rd, 2015, 05:22 PM I was wondering if they were good for anything besides spending $45 bucks on. Practice and understanding flight characteristics are good reasons. Imagine putting the N-numbers on one... Jim Martin March 24th, 2015, 10:01 AM Tim, yes....it acts much like a Phantom so you can practice keeping your barrings...... Jim Martin EVSonline.com Derek Craig March 27th, 2015, 01:29 PM The are excellent and fun to fly. Racing them around the house can be a real challenge and really hone your skills. If you can fly one at full speed through your house, room to room, up and down stair wells, and buzz the cat and dogs ... then you can fly about any quad. Flying a Phantom is a breeze after flying a micro like these. Greg Boston March 28th, 2015, 05:31 PM I recently picked up a Dromida Ominus FPV and have been having a blast with it. Runs about 200 dollars. -gb- |
