Enclosed jpg was shot with an EX3. 10801 50i Natural tube light. ND off. Gain -3db. Picture Profile Natural. I think aperture was F1.9. I notice a lot of grain and the picture is slightly out of focus. Any one an idea of what's going on?

Seems the lense is malfunctioning. Brought it in repair :(
