While shooting for a sports documentary for HBO, I took time out to try the Go Pro 4 Black with a Steadicam curve. I shot in 4K 24p.
Since my assignment was with C300, Go Pro was for testing and I used it briefly. In couple of shots for sprint, I placed the Go Pro on the ground and ran away to position myself. The framing was off. So I reframed in post and did some ken burns in one of the shots.
Later I did some shooting with the Go Pro 4 and Steadicam in other places (workers carrying sand, boat, wildlife etc) which will edit later. I had ordered the Steadicam Curve to test the Go Pro 4 Black. The first 45 seconds or so is with Steadicam Curve. I am not a steadicam operator. So all of you steadicam operators can get much better than this. http://youtu.be/WWPNPG6vXLI
