Looking for a short - 14" to 20" travel Slider

Support a EX1R

Needs to be tripod mountable

I will be ordering a Dana Dolly, but this is too big for my "cookie cutter" work

Simply looking for something I can get a nice slide move shot on, will be mounted to
2nd tripod ....

Suggestions?

I just ordered the Cinevate Duzi it is 24 inch slider that takes up to 75lbs in weight and has carbon fibre rods it weighs about 3lbs and it is tripod mountable, it has some very good reviews very portable

The bigger the camera the less stable. I would be thinking two tripods. Or at least one and a light stands.

If I was going to have a travel of over 24" I would consider two which the Dana Dolly utilizes ....

I am only looking at getting maybe a 6" inch slide shot, I shoot very tight quarters, one person crew I feel two pods / stands will be overkill, bulky, and cost too much time on location .....

I too would say to check out the Duzi.

I mainly use Sony hxr-nx3, I am in a video club and one of the other members has the Duzi slider as well he uses a Canon 5D on it. There are many good reviews out there, look on you tube. As mentioned earlier the slider is very smooth and handles cameras up to 75lbs suits me perfectly. The slider is on special at the moment at B & H for $399
