London Editor Thomas Grove Carter just cut this in X for Honda.
It's amazing. Talk about using the internet to create a whole new type of promotion for a major brand.
It's breakthrough editing and shows what's possible when you give talented people new tools and a new environment in which to apply them.

That is an excellent video. Groundbreaking with the R key. Thanks for posting

Nice find! The old approach would have been side by side split screen, but this is very cool. I have to watch it again a few times to see all the cool stuff.

I wonder what kind of Flash or HTML 5 programming or help from YouTube is required to achieve something like this? 2 separate streams and the ability to switch/flip when user hits R.
I imagine the great behind the scenes products one could create-- A scifi movie: The original green screen footage>the final product.
Or some of kind "x-ray" movie.

the "behind the scenes" of the Edit itself was just posted here: How Honda's interactive commercial 'The Other Side' was edited in Final Cut Pro X (http://www.fcp.co/final-cut-pro/articles/1538-how-honda-s-interactive-commercial-the-other-side-was-edited-in-final-cut-pro-x)
