it was shot with a Panasonic AC90 in 30p, mostly a shutter of 30 except for outdoor day scenes and everything else fully automatic. Using a low shutter of 24 or 30 depending on the frame rate is good if you want to get the best low light abilities possible but as you can see in this video, the blur can look bad if your not careful with your pans.
