I managed to break my Harman Kardon CL headphones... The outer, interchangeable headband connects to the inner padded headband with what turns out to be rather fragile plastic bits. Picked them up at the wrong angle and heard a snap. That was it, and now they're hanging by a literal thread...

Anyone experience this, or have any ideas for a fix? I've submitted a ticket to HK, but they're moving kinda slowly.
