Abusive, crooked police continue to abuse, harass and kidnap aerial film makers.

In this instance, all charges concocted by cop reported as Brian Melchi whose photo can be seen here (https://www.facebook.com/photo.php?fbid=3009692805034&set=t.100000597486243&type=3&theater)were dismissed (http://www.springfieldnewssun.com/news/news/crime-law/municipal-court/nfwJh/) because the victim recorded the flagrant crimes committed against him.

It's your Constitutional right to film when SCOTUS declined certiarori of the 1st Circuit Court of Appeal's decision in Glik v Cuniffee (http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Glik_v._Cunniffe) and 9th Circuit Court of appeals rulings upholding citizens rights to record government workers.

In the Glik case, the City of Boston is paying $170K to settle the lawsuit by Glik.

In this video, it was determined that the helicopter was 13 miles away and did not arrive till 3 hours 40 minutes later. The police lied and claimed he refused to land his radio control model, and then put out false press releases intended to defame the victim.

Radio control model multirotor film makers would be prudent to protect themselves by always recording everything.
