From underwater to flying quadcopters, amazing how life can change.
Anyhow been flying for over a year now, my poor old Phantom gets a bit neglected now days as its just all way too slow and easy to fly.

This is how I love to fly now, on the seat of ya pants :-)

Nice Paul. I haven't been to Cairns since I was two. I am definitely not used to seeing parts of Oz that are so green! Great flying. I noticed that there were rugby and Aussie Rules posts on the oval. I last lived in QLD in 1977 and in those days AFL (VFL) was a dirty word. Progress? I wonder?

The video was a bit doubtful at the start, but the slow fade of the propeller noise (which I don't like) under the music was very well done and was a really smart bit of editing. I liked the drop into the low level flying from up high. You must be very pleased with your aircraft.

Hey Tim. I knew about this place in the early 90's and always knew I would come back one day. Best value for money for realestate too and you never get cold :-)

That was a little school oval so I guess they play both.

Here is a beach run after sunset, flying these tiny Quadcopters I am finding people are not even bothered about them as they are so small and cute :-)

Yes to design and fly your own is pretty cool.

Cairns also doubles as the world's largest sauna. In summer. :-P

Summer is awesome, just tun on a fan and you cool down or got for a swim in the many tropical creeks.
After flying like this, flying the larger quads are a piece of cake.
