New install of Vegas 12. Never had this issue before. Just reformatted hard drive and reinstalled everything. Everything seems to be perfect with my install but this. I installed latest quicktime as per usual. I'll try uninstalling and reinstalling and see what happens.

Disregard post. Uninstallation and reinstall worked. Didn't think to try that first!
