So I got my Odyssey 7q. Much sweeter then christmas. Activation went ok, got a password to log in to the CD Online Store. Only problem is there is no place to log into the CD Online Store. As far as I can see, the is no Online Store. At the ´purchase´site (Odyssey7Q Options (http://www.convergent-design.com/Products/Odyssey7Q/Odyssey7QOptions.aspx)) it tells me the following:

ONLY authorized registered users will be allowed to proceed to the store.
If you cannot see products below, and you are an authorized user, please make sure to LOGIN prior to proceeding.

So, I am logged in, and no there are no products below. I´ve called and sent emails, but no reply yet. I am preparing for a short film in a few days and I spent all the money I make on this project buying this sweet tool so it better be usable.

Please, please, please dear Convergent Design...help me with this asap, if not my producer will probably send you my head all the way from Norway, and by then it will smell horrible.

I have also little try and try on convergent website but finally everything went well..As i remember to see purchase option..You need to login convergent website..it was little fidly, try to login again and right then to purchace option..then You must see fs 700 option..

Had the same problem. I couldn't log in to purchase the option either. I called them and they fixed something, then the login worked. You'll need your 7Q serial no. They know about the problem but apparently haven't fixed it yet.
