Suddenly DVinfo all things audio forum main thread page is not working with the Firefox browser. (Ver.28)
after clicking the URL,, I get a few miliseconds of giberish text, then "Page not found". It also adds '$uredir%20' to the URL. for instance: ( http://www.dvinfo.net/forum/all-things-audio/.%20$uredir%20 }.
Is anyone else having this issue?
No problems using IE.

This seems to be happening to the site with different browsers. Clearing history and caches seems to help. I was having trouble with Chrome seeing forums a little while ago.

I use CCleaner (http://www.piriform.com/ccleaner) (available for both PC and Mac) to clear out the rubbish every time I close the computer.
Free and excellent.

I have FF set to automatically delete all cookies etc., every time I close FF.
I also use the "Better Privacy" extension, which deletes the hidden "Flash cookies" (technically called LSOs) every time I close FF. This is important, because these LSOs are stored elsewhere, by Flash, and not in the regular cookies folder, so they are normally very difficult to find and to delete, and by default they never expire. (Just one more reason why I consider Flash to be intrusive and generally evil... in fact I have the Flash plugin set to "Ask to activate" so it will not be doing anything secretly without my knowledge.)

Yeah John, I'm a long time user of CC Cleaner, I'll should run it more often.
Speaking of which, CC Cleaner can also removes cookies, but gives the option to permanently exclude the 'useful' ones from removal.
CC Cleaner> Options> Cookies.
