Hi all,

I shot some footage in an office building recently and stupidly forgot to change my shutter speed to eliminate the flicker of an LCD display that was in shot. Does anyone know of any methods to eliminate/reduce the flicker in post?

I've done a bit of research and haven't found any useful info.. hopefully someone here has some answers! Unfortunately reshooting isn't an option. And while fixing it doesn't seem likely, I'm hoping there's some magic solution out there!

Thanks in advance.

Was your camera locked off? Is the screen unencumbered by any objects moving in front of it?

The camera was locked off and the shot is static, but there's a guy's head partially in front of the monitor which makes masking it out and overlaying a fake image quite difficult.

I was hoping for some sort of plugin which detected and eliminated the flickering, but I guess most things are never that easy :)

I thought there was a plugin in beta recently.

This probably won't be it, but might be worth a try.
