Has anyone had much success attaching rails or shoulder supportsvto the xf300? If so I would love to see some pictures of what people have come up with. In particular, I am trying to come up with ideas on how to attach a Samurai Blade that allows it to be taken on and off really quickly.

I am currently in the process of ordering a Vocas shoulder support for my XF300 and may have it in a couple of days. I can send you pictures then, But to respond to your question with more usable info, I use a fixed camera plate on my camera to attach it directly to my tripod and have on my current shoulder rig an identical base plate as on the tripod that accepts the camera plate. It is a simple matter to use either shoulder rig or tripod. Exchanging to either support is less than 10 seconds.
