I know for DVD render, I can use the "M" key to place markers. This doesn't work for bluray render, at least not in my hands. Sure, the markers are placed on the timeline, but they don't carry over to the final render.
Thanks,

You are not overlooking things. The markers are not copied to the BD file in DVD Architect. You will have to do that in DVD Architect.

You guys had me freaking out! I went and checked and the chapter markers work perfectly on my Blurays. Whew.

Don't know why they are not working for you guys! Unless I'm misunderstanding the issue. I do it just as if it were a DVD.

Remember that the marker information will be stored in a separate file. If you move the rendered file, it will no longer see the markers. In DVD Architect you can always "load" the markers from that marker file.

Would you please tell me how I can identify that marker file?

It's the same name as the video file but ends with .sfl
