I'm "this close" to ordering 2 64GB cards for my AG-HVX- 200P (original model).
The present firmware in the cam is 4.10-00-0.00
However, I'm confused about "drivers", (which I normally associate with a computer), vs "firmware", (which I normally associate with the camera or other device).
My workstation is Windows 7 Pro 64-bit.
I've downloaded the file named "win64_p2driver_v222.zip" and can install that to the camera, but am not sure it's necessary, because micro-P2 won't work in the HVX, nor does it record AVC-Ultra.
Is it necessary to install the new firmware in order to use the 64 GB cards?
If it doesn't work, can I re-install old firmware? (I still ave the firmware file for 4.10-00-0.00).
Are there other drivers, e.g. USB that I must/should also install?
All help is appreciated.
