Could you advise me of what kinda of prosumer video cameras might be suitable for my needs in the UK? Am bamboozled by the choices available these days.

Possibly the modern equivalents of the Sony-HXR-NX70E (which seems to have been available back in 2011)?

Am looking for a:

Moveable/tiltable viewfinder
Flip out screen
Big as possible hard drive (100GB approx) -- ideally just the flash hard drive rather than cards
1080 quality
Zoom lens already built-in
Physical focus ring
XLR audio inputs
Manual controls for exposure etc

The new Sony NX3 is certainly in the ballpark..
