i'd love to comment on the video, but after about 10 minutes of buffering, i was at 26% when i got sick of waiting. btw, i'm on a 1mbps cable connection.

Has the download failed or did you just get "sick":) ? and press cancel? The file is around 120MBytes (High Def likes it's bytes)

the download was still chugging away when i quit, but it was taking longer than my patience would allow, and i'm used to downloading big files and videos online. i'll try again later when i've got a bigger chunk of free time.

if it turns out that your host is not ideal for large downloads and you are shopping for a new one, i can recommend my host to you. i've been with them for a few years now and even when my server gets hammered they've been up to task.

I really think i killed your download, anyway. I would like to find out who your host is? Please reply or e-mail me. I'm due to renew in December. I had friends download files from my site (around US and Canada) and speeds varied, depending on their service provider.

You should scale it down-

It took about an half hour to download the whole video, cut I watched it all.
The colour is very nice and overall the piece is quite appealing. However there are a few glitches at 2:25 and 2:40 which stood out to me. Also the shots on the chair with the bride and various participants seemed a bit long because all of the shots were from the same spot. Some of the shots were a bit shaky, but as most of us here know it is not the easiest thing to eliminate. I liked the closeup of her at the end and the overhead shot looking down on them. The music didn't cut it for me though, it just didn't seem to flow nicely, IMO I would go with something a little more up tempo or more instrumental with more emphasis. Just a thought. Overall it was good and the bride would love it... Thanks for sharing with us.

...ummm but if you've got Preimer Pro - don't. It's got the worst HD scaling of any of the major LE's. (FCP rated the best btw)

Thanks for your opinion, it's greatly appreciated. I have seen those glitches, that's something i will have to fix, HD editing isn't perfect on the PC, yet. The music is public domain, free, Amazing Grace. I guess I could find something, as you said, "up temp", no disagreements here. I really don't feel like messing with the copy-right enforcres. I already know about freeplaymusic.com and magnatune.com, if you have other suggestions for sources of music, I would appreciate if you could share them. Prolonged shots could be improved, I know.

ok, i'm in my office on a t3 and i was averaging about 10 seconds per 1% of buffer time before i cut the stream at 10%. i downloaded it directly and it took over 20 minutes... on a t3!

as jason noted, i noticed the glitches as well. they are inbetween dissolves, so it's a possibility that there are gaps in your timeline. also, there's some corruption at 1:13 on the right side of the screen, just above the flower girl's head. then, at 1:19, the transition glitches out. there may be more, i just skimmed through it. i wonder if this is all occuring with your compression software.

i'll email you in a bit with the host i'm using. however, a >50mb download may be too much to ask of any customer, regardless of how fast your server is. maybe you can consider breaking your demo up into smaller <25mb chunks and cover prep, ceremony (outdoor/indoor/audio), photo session and reception footage. this would also answer any questions your customers may have.
