Does Plural eyes work with a Multi-Camera shoot? With say 3 Cameras and a separate audio recording?
I only ask, as I spend a lot of time syncing up manually when I shoot live events and just wondered if Plural eyes would be helpful tool to get to speed up my workflow.
Thanks
Matt

Yes. It can sync more than 3 cameras with multiple audio recorders. It isn't always 100% (a clip or two will be left at the end because it can't find where to put it), but it speeds up the workflow a great deal if you shoot a bunch of small clips on one or more of the cameras. It struggles every now and then with some 6D footage from receptions because the built in mic is so bad and the venue is loud. Adding a mic on the hotshoe will help there. I got it free with a H4n purchase from BH last year. Knowing how much it helps now, I would be willing to buy it.

Oh right, sounds like I should test it out.
Always looking for the little ways to speed up my workflows.

It'll speed up your workflow a huge amount. Don't think about it; just buy it. You'll wonder how you ever lived without it.

I use plural eyes with Sony Vegas 10 and have been mostly pleased. What NLE are you planning to use it with and what have others used it with?
