The faster ones of course. Might not make a difference when recording but won't make it worse. And the files will transfer faster to the computer!

I've used the 30Mb/s cards with my HM600 for the past year with no issues. But as Dmitri said, the faster one won't hurt.

I used a batch of both 30 and 45 mbps cards and expected the 45's to be better..in fact, my two failed after a month and I decided to bin them and I'm still using the 30's to date !
I actually only use the Sandisk now in my two Nikon still cameras as I did get a few weird errors on the 30's but they behave well in the still camera.
I switched back to Transcend 16GB Class 10 for video and have used them for nearly 10 years now without any errors. Sort of like buying a car !! Choose whatever brand works well for you!

I use 6 extreme sandisk class 10 32gig 45mbs and have one 30mbs, when I use the 30 in a hfg25,camcorder it transfers a breeze, when I use it in a canon 60d or 6d I get glitches in my editing programme so I figured the transfer of mov files needs the 45mbs, I have sold the 30mbs to be safe.
