Owned for 10 months, used about 1-2 times a month. Hours: 11x10H. Item has some cosmetic normal wear and tear blemishes as in the photo. The internal mic (not the one you attach to the camera, the built-in one on the handle) has a dent on the metal cover but it still works great and the internal elements are unscathed. The sensor is pristine and well taken care of and the viewfinder screen is perfect. The lens has no scratches or scuffs at all.


Comes with everything that came in the box sans the box itself and the software disc (if you need the software you can download for free from Sony. I am including the PortaBrace CTC-Mini case which is perfect for this camera and is in perfect like new condition.

Just had the factory update the firmware and refurbish the unit. There is a brand new 32bit board on it replaced by the factory. There is a new throttle unit provided by the factory. It physically shows signs of wear. Other than that it has lived in it's case and its in great condition. In the last picture above you can see the techs at Defy updating to the most recent version of the G2. They told me that this is exactly how they ship it new if you bought it today!

I'm selling a complete Sony EX3 shooting kit on behalf of the family of a friend who died recently. Everything is in good working order and has been well looked after - the kit was owned from new by an Emmy-winning cameraman of 20+ years experience who knew how to look after his kit. He customised the EX3 with improvements such as the improved shoulder mount, replacing the mic holder with a Rode suspension mount and chamois eyepiece covers. As I don't know anything about it, I'd recommending testing the underwater housing before using, for obvious reasons, although it looks like it's had extremely light use, if any. The kit includes:
