So I'm shooting weddings, so naturally I want my handheld cam to be maneuverable and lightweight. I currently have a Canon 60D with rails and a follow focus mounted on a Manfrotto 562B-1 with a fixed head and the little tiny feet at the bottom. This isn't terrible even without a fluid head, but I want more stability. I'd really like something that I could actually put down and get a totally steady shot, when I want it. Something like the chickenfoot looks great VariZoom CHICKENFOOT | Carbon Fiber Monopod Support (http://www.varizoom.com/product-p/chickenfoot.htm).
Before I toss my Manfrotto aside, is there any sort of addon or attachment I could get to get a larger set of feet or even a small dolly at the bottom?
